The first semi-final of Eurovision 2023 is already today. What time will the broadcast start? You will be able to watch it not only on television – this time without the participation of the Polish representative, who is Blanka.

The 67th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Liverpool, and this time it is not the winning country. Last year, representatives of Ukraine won, but due to the war, the organizers decided to organize the gala in Great Britain. There are two semi-finals and a final on Saturday. At least one of these concerts will be attended by Blanka, who will present “Solo” as a representative of our country. The Polish woman will perform on Thursday in the second semi-final and possibly in the final.

Eurovision 2023. What time is the first semi-final on May 9?

Traditionally, the semi-finals are played on Tuesday and Thursday. You will be able to watch them both on TV and on the Internet. As public broadcasters associated in the European Broadcasting Union are responsible for television broadcasting, viewers in Poland will be able to watch the participants on TVP. The event starts at 21:00 Polish time, then the broadcast will start on TVP1 and on the official Eurovision channel on YouTube. There is also a list of foreign TV stations that will broadcast the competition.

During the first semi-final, bookmakers’ favorites who bode victory for the representative of Sweden. Loreen already in 2012 with the song “Euphoria” won the final of the 57th Eurovision Song Contest. A strong competitor to repeat the success can also be m.in. Käärijä with the song “Cha Cha Cha”, representing Finland. And what is the order of performances in the first semi-final?

When will Blanca perform?

This is how the top 15 semi-finalists of Eurovision 2023 look like. What time will we see their rivals? No surprise here. Also the second semi-final (and Saturday’s final) start at 9 pm. Blanka will perform in it, who will enter the stage as the eighth participant of the evening. This year, there will be no representative from North Macedonia, and according to the Eurowizja.org website, broadcasters from Bulgaria and Montenegro resigned from the start of the Eurovision Song Contest due to the energy crisis. The order of the concert is as follows:

This year’s edition is attended by representatives of 37 different countries. Rita Ora will be the star. As always, places in the finals are already guaranteed for participants representing the countries of the so-called The Big Five, i.e. Germany, Spain, France, Italy and the United Kingdom, as well as the winner from the previous year. In this case, it’s Ukraine.
