Gala of Popular Music and Jazz Fryderyk Festival was organized for the first time at Arena Gliwice. The most popular Polish artists appeared on the stage, adding splendor to the ceremony with their performances. Viewers, first via broadcast, and later also on TVN, could watch performances by, among others, Brodka, Natalia Szroeder, Marek Napiórkowski, Mróz, Sara James, T.Love, Behemoth, Doda and the Feel band.

Fryderyki 2023. The gala belonged to one artist
This year, the undisputed winner of the gala was Mrozu, who won as many as five statuettes, including Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year Pop and Author of the Year. Piotr “” Rubik, although nominated in as many as seven categories, ultimately did not receive a single one at the gala. Fans of Dawid Podsiadło could also be disappointed.
