On the night of April 23/24, 1942, 19-year-old Alina Janowska was arrested by the Gestapo. For helping Jews and collaborating with the underground, she ended up in Serbia, a female branch in Pawiak. She spent seven months at Aleja Szucha, during which she was interrogated many times. – I do not want to tell people about my martyrdom, that I was in prison, that I suffered, that I was terrified. I want to tell them that life without love is worth nothing. Without love for a child, marriage, friends, lovers – after years. But she had to wait for her great love.

The relationship with Tadeusz Pluciński broke up because of … false teeth. “She was the nail in the coffin”
In 1946, in Łódź, she met Tadeusz Pluciński. He persistently seduced her for several weeks, finally proposed and offered to live together. However, the wedding with the famous Polish lover never happened. The reason was grandma’s false teeth. It turned out that right after the war, Tadeusz Pluciński stole it to sell the gold teeth placed in it. He used the funds thus obtained for entertainment. – This case with the grandmother’s jaw was the nail in the coffin of our love – Alina Janowska. Soon it turned out that Borecki does not avoid a glass. – The talented man became just a hard worker, then just a nice person, until finally it turned out that our house was maintained only by me – the actress.

Even the arrival of the couple’s daughter, Agata, did not change the situation. They divorced after seven years of marriage. With her second husband, Wojciech Zabłocki, they were married from 1963 until his death on November 13, 2017. They were connected by the extraordinary determination of Alina Janowska, infatuated with the Polish Olympian. It was she who picked up Zabłocki and persuaded him to propose, revealing in the press that he had not done so yet. He accepted the challenge. – I didn’t have a ring, so I took Alina to the meadow, picked flowers, proposed and was accepted. From that moment on, my wife took full command of our relationship – Wojciech Zabłocki. They spent 54 years together.
