Piercings, tattoos, bad tan, acne, painted nails or overly chubby arms are not allowed. From the day you start your job, you also have to be careful about what you post online. The Disney Princess training lasts 4 days. You learn how to behave, how to apply make-up and observe the work of others. If your eye color is different from the princess you are playing, you must wear contact lenses. When you spend several hours a week, they are so heavy that your head and body hurt. Your job is to play with the kids, make up stories around your character, and greet 172 guests an hour. According to Disney, it’s a magic number. You get a special device with which you unclick the number of welcomed guests. If you fail, you get reprimanded. 4 reprimands and you’re fired. Hunter also mentions “dirty dads”. It’s not uncommon for princesses to take pictures with their babies while their dads lean in and whisper dirty things in their ears. You can’t react impulsively and firmly, you have to respond politely and keep smiling.
