The first partner of Commissioner Alex was Kuba Wesołowski. In the 19th season, the main policeman working with the dog is played by Wojciech Czerwiński, but this will change. In the eighth episode, which TVP1 is to broadcast on May 6, he is to be replaced by Jacek Knap – the Wirtualne Media service. The actor is to play the role of Andrzej Sochoń, who comes from Zakopane, who has, among others, work at Europol.

Coming from Warsaw, Knap graduated from the Acting Department of the PWSFTviT in Łódź. He could be seen in the TV series “Don’t worry about me”, where he made his debut and then returned three times in other small roles, or in Polsat’s “Always worth it”. He has been nominated for the Telekamera award for the best actor. He won this award in 2020.
In “Commissar Alex” he will be the fifth partner of the German Shepherd. He took over the role from Kuba Wesołowski playing Marek Bromski, replaced by Antoni Pawlicki playing Michał Orlicz, and then Krystian Wieczorek (Piotr Górski) and Wojciech Czerwiński, whose character is called Adam Wilczak. Czerwiński started acting in the series in 2021, after a break in the production of subsequent episodes caused by the pandemic. Knap will make his first appearance in episode 238 of the production.
The 19th season has already started
The cast of the 19th season of production also includes Janusz Chabior, Dorota Krempa, Beata Fido, Piotr Bondyra, Robert El Gendy, Zbigniew Lesień and Monika Szufladowicz, who also joined her in the eighth episode. TVP has been showing “Commissioner Alex” since 2012, it is the Polish version of the German-Austrian series “Commissioner Rex”, also popular in Poland. Also in the original, whose hero is Rex, the policemen changed.
