The street is the scene of the Loja Living Arts Festival

Own and foreign artists have taken the streets of the center of this city.

The so-called cultural circuit, which includes Bolívar street, 10 de Agosto, Mercadillo, 24 de Mayo avenue, among others adjacent, has been the setting —as every year— for cultural protagonists, artisans, creators, painters, imitators, mimes, clowns, disguised and more show your talent.

The concurrence of thousands of citizens makes these streets impassable at times, which have been closed so that pedestrians can walk freely. In addition, the asphalt has served as a canvas for large (in dimension and beauty) drawings to be exhibited by its painters, who invite passersby to take a photo and, in return, only ask for an economic collaboration.

Another street has been arranged by the municipal authorities for the sale of prepared food.

The central square, for example, was used to hold an exhibition proposed by the Antifaz national theater, which includes painting, dance, theater, music and poetry.

Naked City, Body Art expo, with its models, took the pedestrian street 10 de Agosto.

Later, performers of the music in the Plaza de San Sebastián put together Abstrac Musicfest DJ, a party of disyoqueis.

On Bolívar Street, the illustration of literary works by Lojano authors was also made. (I)
