“#ProjektUplifted is a musical spectacle with elements of the Gospel and prayer. The concert will also include 14 stops of the Way of Light, which is a unique service in the Catholic Church held during the Easter period. The Way of Light is a celebration of joy, peace and love, describing the events that happened after the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
TVP1 presents the #ProjektUnieni religious concert
The musical part of the show will feature Polish and foreign artists who will perform specially selected songs that will correspond to the rank of the event. The numerous artists include: Volney Morgan Gospel with its choir from London, TGD, New Life, Mocni w duchu, Andrzej Lamprt, Beata Bednarz, Basia Pospieszalska, Agnieszka Cudzich, Marta Ławska, Poldek Twardowski, Fr. Kuba Bartczak, Clerics from Łagiewniki, Hubert Kowalski’s string and brass orchestra and two choirs.
The leitmotif of the event is to be various fragments of the Gospel and the message that flows from them. The whole is to be sanctified by modern visualizations, which the organizer calls “graphically animated works of art”. During the show, testimonies of people whose lives have changed under the influence of “The Way of Light” will also be presented.
The composer Marcin Pospieszalski, who is the brother of Jan Pospieszalski, known from the TVP program “It’s worth talking”, is responsible for the arrangements. On the other hand, prayers and teachings especially for viewers will be conducted by m. Bishop Artur Ważny, Marcin Zieliński and Iwona Zielonka. The main hosts of the whole concert will be Ida Nowakowska and Tomasz Wolny, and the broadcast will take place on Saturday, April 15 on TVP1 at 17.15. The show will last over two hours.
“#ProjektUnieni” is the second religious concert on TVP1 this month. On the anniversary of the death of John Paul II, Channel 1 of Telewizja Polska broadcast from Wadowice the sublime spectacle “No one will replace you”. The stage was performed by Edyta Górniak, the Sound’N’Grace choir, Halina Mlynkova, Łukasz Zagrobelny, Mateusz Ziółko, and Alicja Węgorzewska. Interestingly, the concert was broadcast simultaneously on TV IWW and Radiowa Jedynka.
