As Emma herself admits, she worked hard to develop her business. She started developing it when she was three months into her second pregnancy, and it also coincided with the global pandemic. The woman believed that this situation had a negative impact on the entire industry and she could not afford to stand still. “I didn’t want to lose all the clients I had gained or risk them going elsewhere while I was going to take a few months off,” she said.

Emma also points out that she works in the dynamically developing industry of marketing. When she decided to take maternity leave after the first one, she missed a lot. “When I came back, everything had changed and it was really hard for me to go back to work,” says Emma.

All these situations meant that during the second birth, the woman did not give up and worked even at such a moment. – When I was getting ready for a caesarean section, a client would email me asking if I could put off what I was doing to take care of his problem. I had to explain that there was no such option. However, there is no denying that she quickly returned to a fairly normal working mode. – I recovered quickly and was able to get back to my clients and answering their messages immediately after giving birth.

How does Emma juggle career and motherhood? He can count on great support

As Emma herself admits, she would not have been able to combine work and motherhood without the proper support. She uses not only the services of nannies, but also domestic help who cleans her house. Thanks to this, a woman can fully focus on developing her own business four days a week, to devote the remaining time to her family. Emma has arranged her schedule so that Wednesdays are free to spend with the kids. Then they take advantage of meetings in children’s groups. “People always say they don’t know how I do it. We have a lot of help from cleaners and nannies – admits Emma during a conversation with “Daily Star”.
