Dance show ‘Mandala’
The company Forward present the dance piece again Mandala, a 360-degree experience that brings together seven dancers in the same tune. It is a choreography developed by the dancer Max McClure, which refreshes the proposal that had already been presented in July at the Espacio Muégano Teatro.
It is a joyful work, which aims to show optimism, whose interpreters connect to that representation of union that a mandala suggests. The performances are in the Third Room of the Sánchez Aguilar Theater on Thursday 18, Friday 19 and Saturday 20, at 8:00 p.m.
Teatro del Cielo proposes ‘Siterian Paradise’
Theater of Heaven opens Siterian paradise, a work by Martín Peña Vázquez, with performances by Yanet Gómez and Frances Swett. The work seeks to highlight many aspects of the human being through a scenic language that will make us travel through absurdity, madness, incongruity and poetry.
Grel and Avelina are two women who live in a house that remains completely closed. Its cloister is the space where both prepare for the arrival of a prosperous dawn and with it a supposed paradise known as the ‘Siterian paradise’. In the Multiartes Room of the Centro de Arte Theater, on Fridays and Saturdays in November. At 7:30 p.m., tickets: $ 15.

The most recent staging of the Paulsen Studio is the story of three friends, two of whom are a couple, who break the limits of their sexuality and trust in The platypus. The play was written by the Mexican playwright Humberto Robles, a prominent author of the independent theater that received the San Ginés de Oro in 2019.
Meisner technique teacher Raúl Sánchez together with study graduates Lissette Rezabala and Alfredo Salomon give life to the protagonists of this love triangle. Directed by Adrián Cárdenas.
