This is supposed to translate into improved hair condition, healthier appearance and help in growing them. The substances contained in the oil will stimulate their growth. Sounds wonderful, I decided to check how it works in practice.
How to properly perform two-stage hair oil treatment?
Before you start oiling your hair, you have to decide on the right product for your hair. I chose evening primrose oil. I have weak, brittle hair. Evening primrose oil is rich in vitamin E, which reduces hair loss, accelerates their growth. In addition, it supports the production of keratin. So I decided that it would be the perfect oil for me.
I decided to oil my hair on the foundation. This technique is recommended for people with dry and damaged hair, e.g. after bleaching. Humectants, i.e. substances that store water, such as honey, aloe vera gel or sugar water, are perfect as a foundation for oil.

How did I oil my hair using the two-step technique?
In the first step, I started by thoroughly detangling my hair. Then I sprayed them with water with added sugar, which is the foundation I mentioned earlier. Then I combed my hair again. In the next step, I spread the evening primrose oil thoroughly along the entire length of the hair, paying special attention to the ends. I wrapped my hair in a turban and kept it there for about 20 minutes.
I started the second step by washing my hair with warm water. Then I drained them thoroughly. Then I applied the conditioner, combed it thoroughly into my hair and left it for 15 minutes. By applying the conditioner to the hair with oil residue, the effect of both products will be intensified.
After waiting 15 minutes, I washed my hair with warm water and shampoo, then applied my favorite conditioner. I let my hair dry naturally and the result surprised me immediately.

How did my hair behave after oil treatment with evening primrose oil? Is hair oiling worth it?
My hair immediately became softer, smoother and easier to comb. When they dried, I was surprised by their brilliance. Naturally matte, after oiling they gained the effect of a shiny surface. In addition, after a few weeks of regular use, my hair became thicker. I am delighted with the results of the two-stage oil treatment and I will definitely include it in my permanent hair routine.
