Easter cupcake – ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 220 g of sugar
- 250 g of butter
- 320 grams of flour
- 20 g sugar with real vanilla
- juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- zest of 2 lemons
- 100 g chocolate (dark or milk)
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa
Easter cupcake – preparation:
Before we start preparing the cake, we need to make sure that all the ingredients are at room temperature. Products should be taken out of the refrigerator about 2 hours in advance. We start by melting the butter in a saucepan. We leave them to cool and proceed to separate the yolks from the whites. Put sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks in a bowl. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous mass.
In another bowl, mix salt and egg whites. Lemons must be blanched and peeled before use. To the egg mass (from the yolks) add the juice of 1 lemon, wheat flour, butter, baking powder and lemon zest and mix everything. Finally, add the beaten eggs and mix gently. Pour the melted chocolate into the dough with ¼ of its entire volume and add the cocoa, and finally mix. Pour the light batter into the mold first, then the batter mixed with chocolate. Bake the whole thing at 175°C for 45 minutes.

Żurek is a dish that can be prepared in several ways. Of course, the most popular is the classic sour soup with egg and white sausage. If we want to make our dish more attractive, we can serve it in hollowed out bread. Many people also serve sour rye soup with quail eggs and . An interesting idea will also be to prepare white borscht with bacon and mashed potatoes.

Eggs are a must on every holiday table. We can serve them in the classic version or try to prepare them in a slightly more original way. The easiest way to prepare eggs stuffed with onions, butter and mushrooms. Just scoop out the yolks, mix them with fried onions and mushrooms, and then place them in the hollow of the whites. Preparing Easter mazurka is not the most difficult, so even novice cooks can handle it.
Easter mazurka – ingredients:
- 500 g of coarse flour
- 250 g of butter
- 3 yolks
- 1 egg
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- almonds (whole or flaked)
- 1 cup of cream 30%
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Easter mazurka – preparation:
We start by combining the flour with 2 cups of powdered sugar and cold butter. Then add the yolks and the egg and immediately proceed to kneading the dough. Wrap the homogeneous mass in cling film and put it in the fridge for half an hour. After removing the dough from the refrigerator, set aside a small part of it to prepare the edge of the dough later. Roll out the rest of the dough and place it on a baking tray.
Form the above-mentioned edges from the set aside part of the dough and place it on the rolled out mass. Bake the whole thing at 220 ° C for about 10-15 minutes. Then pour the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and cream into the pot. Cook it all on a low flame. Spread the prepared mass on the baked bottom of the cake. Ready.
