There is no denying that watching performances is one of the most popular pastimes of spectators. Among the many that function on the Polish scene, the Cabaret of Moral Anxiety deserves special attention, which will celebrate its 30th anniversary this year.

Moralne Niepokoju was founded in 1993 in Warsaw, which means that this year the group will celebrate its 30th anniversary. The formation was initiated by members of the self-government of the Faculty of Polish Studies at the University of Warsaw. It was during the carnival, grandly celebrated in the walls of the university, that the group performed in front of the audience for the first time, presenting their original program “Królewna, Rycerz i Dragon”. The enthusiastic reception of their debut performance prompted the young actors to continue their work and development. Only 3 years later, the young comedians took part in the 12th PAKA Cabaret Review in Krakow, winning the Grand Prix award. he performed many times on the most important stages in Poland. The actors also had their own satirical program on television, “Tygodnik MorNYCH Niepokoju”, broadcast on TVP, but the internet series “The President’s Ear” brought them the greatest popularity.
Currently, the group consists of Robert Górski, Mikołaj Cieślak, Przemysław Borkowski, Rafał Zbieć and Magdalena Strużyńska-Brauer. Initially, the female representative of the cabaret was Katarzyna Pakosińska, but in 2011 she decided to end her cooperation with comedians and began her solo career.
