Krzysztof Ibisz began his adventure with the camera on the air of Telewizja Polska as “5-10-15”. After the cooperation ended, he found employment at the TVN station, but he did not stay there for too long. In the early 2000s, he decided to move to Polsat, where his career gained momentum. Viewers associate him with such programs as “Bar”, “Awantura o kasa” or “Gra wblind”, and currently he is the co-host of “Dancing with the Stars. Taniec z Gwiazdami”. However, few remember that Ibisz’s career began differently. Before he made his screen debut, he tried his hand as a politician.

In 1991, his political career began. The 26-year-old future journalist got into the lower house of parliament. He represented the Polish Beer Friends Party led by satirist Janusz Rewiński. Later, he changed his party, becoming a member of the Party of Pensioners and Pensioners “Nadzieja”. “At the time, I was thinking: most of us will be on social security someday. The earlier we realize that we need to think about future pensions in advance, the better future we can work out for ourselves – in an interview for Onet. After two years of activity, in 1993, his parliamentary mandate expired. Then Ibisz decided not to run for re-election and retired from politics. Today, he maintains that he does not regret this decision, but learned a lot from this experience. – Working in the Sejm of the first term taught me determination and strengthened my sense of responsibility – said the journalist.
