I think my mother is having a baby – Miracle with composure in her voice. Emergency dispatcher Scott Stranghoener was on the line with the girl until an ambulance arrived. He forbade the woman from sitting on the toilet and advised her to lie on her back on the floor or bed. Miracle gave all instructions to her mother. When she announced that her mother couldn’t lie down, Scott recommended that she put towels under Viola’s body. The girl did everything she could to ease her mother’s pain.
