Do you remember the house where several scenes of the cult thriller “Heat” starring Al Pacino and Robert De Niro took place? The property has just gone up for sale. To take possession of the property, you have to pay 1.6 million dollars.

The house on stilts, which has appeared in many Hollywood productions, has just been put up for sale. To take possession of the building, the new buyer must pay the current owner as much as $1.6 million.

For many, this property will not be very attractive, but for movie buffs it may be of particular value. It was here that scenes for such productions as “Lethal Weapon 2” or . However, the most popular house on stilts gained thanks to Michael Mann’s cult thriller “Fever” from 1995. In one of the rooms, the hero played by finds his dying partner (played by Danny Trejo). To relieve his suffering, he fires a fatal pistol shot. According to the website LA Taco, there is still a stain of fake blood on the floor, which could not be cleaned after filming ended.

The building is over 180 square meters. How do the owners advertise the property?

The building, which was built in 1962, has just been put up for sale. To take possession of it, the current owners need 1.6 million dollars, which gives about 7 million Polish zlotys. The property has 187 square meters, which consists of m.in. three large bedrooms and the same number of bathrooms. A great advantage is also the view from the terrace, which includes the panorama of Los Angeles, the ocean and the iconic “Hollywood” sign.
