Peter Hardy is dead. The actor known for productions such as “Chopper”, “McLeod’s Daughters” and “King’s Man: The First Mission” was 66 years old. The man was found dead on the beach.

ABC News reports that Peter Hardy was found dead on March 16 on the beach in Fremantle, near Perth. According to the local website “The West Australian”, the artist, who lives in London on a daily basis, came to Australia to visit his mother. During the visit he decided to go scuba diving.

The body of the 66-year-old washed up on the shore around 11 a.m. local time. Those present on the beach tried to save the actor, but resuscitation was unsuccessful. Paramedics called to the scene were also unable to help the 66-year-old.

According to The Independent, Hardy had an accident while diving with a special breathing tube. Just a few hours before his death, the actor informed his fans that he wanted to try the aforementioned sport.

In 1986, his acting career began. Hardy starred in the movie “The Pursuit of Happiness”. In 2016, he appeared in the American action movie “Elusive Target 2”.
