In getting rid of the fungus from the walls and ceilings, a product that most of us have in the kitchen cupboard will help. We are talking about the popular baking soda. The product will have an antifungal effect, and in addition it will remove the unpleasant smell in the room. All you have to do is mix it with a bit of water to obtain a paste-like consistency, and then (putting on protective rubber gloves beforehand) apply the ready-made mixture to the dirt. After two hours have passed, remove the residue with a soft sponge or brush and ventilate the apartment thoroughly. Don’t forget to throw away the gloves and the things you used to rub the surface with in the trash. Reuse, for example, for dishwashing, can be bad for your health.

How to effectively defunct an apartment? Get tea tree oil

The fungus on the wall is not just an aesthetic problem. It turns out that tea tree oil, which can be purchased at most pharmacies, is effective in cleaning the surface. The application of the product on the walls is very easy.

  1. Mix two tablespoons of tea tree oil with two cups of warm water.
  2. Pour the finished mixture into a bottle with an atomizer and spray generously on the surface covered with changes.
  3. Wait about 1 hour, spray again, put on protective gloves and scrub walls or ceilings with the rough side of the sponge.
  4. Throw away the sponge and gloves in the garbage.
