Art and music is the only thing that can be born from the words of the most recognized singer-songwriter in Spain, Joaquin Sabina. A “figure” in himself, a street and night poet, apprentice and teacher, of life and of his own songs, was born in Úbeda (Jaén) 74 years ago with a single objective: to make their music known in all corners of Spain and (almost) the whole world.
Influenced by artists such as Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stone, Pablo Neruda or Rafael Alberti, Sabina takes to the stage once again to present her new album, ‘Against all odds‘, after three years of his last tour, which he starred in with Joan Manuel Serrat in 2020 with his previous album published ‘No hay dos sin tres’.
His new concert tour starts on March 12 in Argentina, and after several weeks touring various South American countries with his new songs, he arrives in Spain on April 20 to inaugurate his tour of the country. The artist will perform in almost all Spanish cities between the months of April and December, offering a total of 13 concerts. These are all Sabina concert dates in Spain:
- The Gran Canarian palms (April 20th)
- Tenerife (April 22)
- Ubeda (April 29)
- Malaga (5 and 7 May)
- Alicante (May 10 and 12)
- Madrid (May 23 and 25)
- A Coruña (June 2 and 4)
- Palma de Mallorca (June 10th)
- Valencia (June 13 and 15)
- Bilbao (June 23 and 25)
- Murcia (June 29 and July 1)
- Torrelavegain Cantabria (July 5)
- Seville (September 1 and 3)
- Grenade (8 and 10 September)
- Pamplona (September 15 and 17)
- Barcelona (27 and 29 September)
- Saragossa (6 and 8 October)
- Madrid again (December 18 and 20)
The (almost) end of the tour moves to the American continent, with ‘shows’ in countries like Mexico or Puerto Rico, although he also moves to the United States in November to give the last two concerts of his American tour, in New York and Miami. But a lover like him of both the Spanish language and Spain could not leave the last chocolate in the box in a city other than Madrid. It is because of that ends his tour with two concerts in the capital on December 18 and 20, 2023marking the final touch of a highly anticipated tour.

Almost half a century of success
After publishing his first album in 1978 ‘Inventario’, which commemorated his booklet of songs published in 1976, ‘Memoria de un exilio’, has not stopped adding successes and recognitionssuch as the silver and gold medals of Andalusia and Madrid, respectively, among many others.
His most resounding success came in 1999 with the premiere of the song ‘19 days and 500 nights’, song which was inside the album published with the same name.
