Luis Miguel faces charges and an arrest warrant in Mexico
As international media reports, Aracely’s lawyer Guillermo Pouz filed two lawsuits at the end of 2021: one in Mexico, the place of residence of Luis Miguel’s children, and the other in Los Angeles, where the singer lives.
There is an arrest warrant for Luis Miguel, although Aracely’s lawyer believes his influence and contacts will prevent him from going to extremes in this legal case.

But this entanglement over his child support isn’t the only money legal issue the singer is facing.

His friend Carlos Bremen is the one who helps him pay part of Luis Miguel’s million-dollar debts and that keeps him in a bankruptcy situation, Diez Minutos said.
Luis Miguel has not made any public statement so far. The designer Paloma Cuevas, her current partner, did not speak either.
As paparazzi Elder Ordoñez commented on his social networks, the singer is currently in New York with Paloma Cuevas.
