Double pension for those who worked abroad. Check where to apply
who, in addition to working in our country, worked abroad and paid contributions there, may apply for a double pension. The appropriate letter should be submitted both to the Social Insurance Institution (in order to receive a national pension) and to the pension authority of the state where you started working. However, it should be noted that in many countries the age and length of service required to receive a pension may vary.
Double pension for uniformed. It is granted to persons meeting specific conditions
The uniformed pension is granted to officers who have completed at least 15 years of service. The additional benefit applies to those who:
- entered service after January 1, 1999;
- after leaving the service, they went to work in civilian clothes.
The second pension will be paid by the Retirement and Disability Institution of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration and this is where the application should be submitted. Officers who do not meet the above conditions will receive one benefit.
Double pension from KRUS for farmers. What are the conditions?
Farmers who were born after December 31, 1948 and paid contributions (for 20 years for women and 25 years for men) to both ZUS and KRUS can count on a double pension. If the conditions are met, the application will be approved.
