Henry won the final Chef’s Pin for the fourth season of Master Chef Ecuadorby mimicking Chef Jorge Rausch’s salmon with dill sauce and cauliflower puree in the best way.
“The dish I chose, I chose it because I think it has interesting techniques, which you can continue to use during the match“, I will guide you Rausch to Henry, Raúl and Alexandra, during the presentation of the challenge.
“Having a lesson with Rausch and replicating it here is amazing. This is more concentration,” Henry considered. While Raúl said that “co-creating a dish with the chef increases the difficulty by a million”.

One by one, Rausch dictated the ingredients to prepare his dish, while also commenting and asking the three contestants what techniques to use. Meanwhile, the three chefs were very attentive to create and imitate the chef’s creation.
Rausch felt that the three dishes prepared were very close to his own, but only one could be awarded the Chef’s Pin, which in this case went to Henry, an agency that gave him immunity. But he also had the option to select the team captains for the field challenge.

Henry named Johanna and Alexandra who, after the captains’ challenge, chose their team colors and members.
Alexandra chose the color orange for her team and Victoria and Santiago as companions. Johanna (blue team), called Sonnia and Raúl, while Henry and Jamil made up the green group, the latter being designated captain by his teammate.
In the field challenge, the teams had two hours to prepare pies, in the form of three car models of a certain brand, in the colors blue, red and black. A test that was won by the blue team.

“They managed to recreate the car in a very aesthetic way, and the cake was also the spongiest, the moistest, and the filling was very good,” said chef Irene González. But the efforts and creations of the other teams were also discussed.
