It took several months of study, fusion of flavors and previous work until Mantra by IBIS opened its doors to the public, showing elegance, sophistication and, above all, taste through a drink menu that includes recognizable cocktails to which even the most demanding autumn was given this proposal.

Mantra by IBIS is a spectacular bar at the IBIS Hotel in Quito, part of the French Accor chain, and is entering the market strongly with this innovative offer with exotic touches working with all the aromatic species and natural flavors found in the equinox. , such as for example cinnamon, cloves, pineapple, bananas, ginger, etc. In other words, distinctive cocktails with lots of flavors that allow you to discover a range of experiences for the palate.

This new drink menu is the result of the mutual support of different actors, since a few months ago they hired Edwin Loba as a drink consultant, thus expanding their spectrum towards a new type of cocktail bar, according to new trends.

“The idea is to give each liqueur an additional identity, for example flavoring vodka with ginger, and that’s how we start creating new fusions and spectacular flavors, which are also presented around the world. That’s a month and a half of Edwin Lobo’s work, ours bartender Carlos Ramos and me. The amount of love we put into everything we do is what makes people talk about us,” explains Jairo Jiménez, Food and Beverage Manager at the IBIS Quito Hotel.

There are nine signature cocktails, in addition to 11 classic cocktails from around the world with a slight variation that gives it the Mantra by IBIS identity; there are also various drinks and appetizers that you can enjoy by the glass, something for everyone’s taste.

“If someone is looking for a martini, which is a world classic, of course we prepare the best to the satisfaction of our clients. The concept we have with all the bars and restaurants we open is to give a thematic twist every eight months, thus renewing the offer of drinks and food”, concludes Jiménez.
