TVP Info reported that on October 17, 2022, a collision occurred at Aleja Mickiewicza in Krakow around 5 p.m. The victim testified that the perpetrator of the accident fled the scene. It turned out that behind the wheel of the car sat a well-known actor Jerzy S., who had drunk a few glasses of wine earlier. A breathalyzer test showed that he had 0.7 per mille of alcohol in his blood.
Jerzy S. was sentenced. He decided to comment on it
On March 1, the trial of Jerzy S. took place in the District Court for Kraków-Krowodrza, during which the court issued a verdict. The actor will be fined for driving while intoxicated. He will have to pay a fine of PLN 12,000 and transfer PLN 6,000. zlotys to the Victims’ Assistance Fund and Post-penitentiary Assistance. In addition, the court ordered him to bear the costs of court proceedings in the amount of over PLN 4,000.
