On Tuesday it was confirmed that the ninth edition of the Guayaquil International Book Fair (FIL) yes it will be held this year in the Guayaquil Convention Center. The guaranteed dates for this literary encounter are those between September 20 and 24, 2023.

“The largest literary event is packed with the best activities and many surprises”assured the FIL in his first after from this year.

As every year, for this edition the fair promises the participation of national and international writers, conferences, competitions, a literary space, a program dedicated to young people, book launches and the presence of publishers and bookshops.

Last year, the FIL, which lasted five days, was received more than 27,000 people, as shared by Guayaquil’s Municipal Public Corporation for Tourism, Civil Promotion and International Relations; while a total of 50 booths They were part of the literary offer.
