Pokemon has celebrated Pokémon Day with the announcement of the expansion of its latest installment. In the fall of this year, Scarlet and Violet players will be able to purchase a DLC called The hidden treasure of Area Zero.
It will be an expansion consisting of two parts: ‘the turquoise mask‘ and ‘the indigo disc‘. In the first, it will be possible to leave Paldea on a school trip that will take the players to kitakami, where there will be new characters and Pokémon. In the second part, we will be exchange students, visiting the blueberry academywhich is under the ocean.
In addition, there will be three completely new Pokémon: Okidogi, Munkidori and Fezandipiti. Additionally, more than 230 Pokémon from other generations that had not appeared in Scarlet and Violet will be added, such as Ninetales, Metagross or Dewgong.
The DLC can already be reserved on the Nintendo eShop for 34.99 euros, which includes both parts. Players will be able to immediately enjoy new outfits for their characters, as well as a Zoroark Hisui’s special attack that cannot be achieved in a normal game.
