Neither the judges nor the passers-by expected this performance. 13-year-old Lucy, who struggles with visual impairment on a daily basis and also manifests symptoms of autism, made literally everyone speechless. As it turned out, the girl is a real piano virtuoso.

A new discovery on the show “The Piano”. The judges couldn’t believe her skills

“The Piano” is the latest British Channel 4. The program is about finding talented instrumentalists and giving them a chance to appear in the world. The judges (POP singer Mika and professional pianist Lang Lang) watch the recordings of anyone who decides to show their skills on one of the pianos set up at Birmingham New Street and London St. Pancras.

One of the participants of the program was 13-year-old Lucy. Even before her performance, the host of the show Claudia Winkleman learned that although the girl loves ovations, she has to cover her ears with them, because the very sound of them is unpleasant to her. When the pianist sat down at the instrument, her attendant told her what she should play. It was Chopin’s Nocturne in B flat minor. Lang Lang, who watched the video, seemed shocked because the piece is technically very difficult. The young artist played it perfectly.

The passers-by gathered around her did not hide their emotions. Cameras caught a few of them rubbing their watery eyes. The judges were also impressed. “I’m speechless, it’s unbelievable,” commented Lang Lang. Mika answered him in a similar tone.

Lucy’s performance was an instant hit. Internet users appreciated her talent

The performance of the brilliant young pianist was also appreciated on the Internet. Under the tweet with her game, many people expressed their appreciation,
