A country full of contrasts. Natalia talks honestly about the situation of women
Natalia Janoszek comes from Bielsko-Biała. She came to Bollywood thanks to the Supermodel International competition in Bangkok, where in 2012 she was noticed by producers from India. She is not only beautiful, but also dances and sings great, which is why the number of roles on her account grew quickly. However, being a star in India is probably much more dangerous than anywhere else. What’s more, although the plot of the films is usually glazed, it the reality of this country is really hard. Natalia Janoszek found out very quickly. In an interview for Vivy, she talked about her first stay:
I landed in Delhi. Dusk was falling. The driver was waiting for me at the airport. I was terrified as soon as we headed towards the set. Nearly naked people were lying along the road. I thought they were all dead. Then it turned out that they were drugged homeless people, of whom there were really a lot.
Natalia also talks about the treatment of women in India. Violence against them is almost the order of the day, it can even be dangerous on the set, where actresses are often considered less important than actors. Women are horribly sexualized, and as a result, they often struggle with abuse, and worse, the victim is blamed, not the abuser. She told Super Express that:
Sexual treatment and that if something bad happens, it’s always the women’s fault. It changes, but usually it’s us women who “provoke, we ask for something.” When something bad happens, a woman has to explain herself. It’s painful. I also don’t like the caste system and the fact that everyone cannot sit at one table and people are divided into those who were born in a good family or in a worse one, and yet everyone deserves to be treated with respect.
In India only with protection. Ahead of her is participation in a new Polish show
Women from Bollywood productions are even in danger, because crowds of fans can not respect borders, which is why Natalia Janoszek moves there only with the help of security. In the same interview, he summarizes what celebrity status in India entails.
I’m moving with security because I need to be safe to finish the movie, so it’s about being safe and getting me to all these movie sets. (…) I move cars between hotels and sets. I don’t usually leave the hotel, and if I’m not alone, it’s the worst at film festivals, because there are so many crowds and I have to be careful not to be trampled.

Despite everything, he emphasizes that he loves to play in Indian productions and is not going to give them up. He takes breaks from them only for two very popular Polish shows. She has already had success in “Dancing with the Stars”. She took third place in the program, and now we will be able to see her in the production of “Your Face Sounds Familiar”. 14 Bollywood movies showed that she dances and sings great, but she also has acting talent. Who knows, perhaps soon we will see its possibilities also in the domestic cinema.
