The stage for the two artists will be the Centro de Arte Theater, in Guayaquil, this Saturday, November 13.
Two female voices will meet on the same stage to sing to their fans. Big time at La Perla It is called the show that the artists will provide Paulina Tamayo and Silvana Ibarra.
“It will be a privilege to see her again, Silvana knows how much I admire her, how much I love her and we decided to do this show in my Guayaquil because the public in Guayaquil always lives asking us to go, to do a concert there. Today came the turn of my beautiful Guayaquil, I am delighted because I adore Guayaquil ”, said Tamayo, who has 50 years of experience.
The Quito woman commented that the shows she has performed throughout her career “have always been big with the big one; big time with the big one in Cuenca, big time with the big one in Quito ”and this time it’s Guayaquil’s turn.
Regarding what the public will see, Tamayo assured that there will be surprises, however, he announced that each one will present their repertoire. “Mine is clearly national, there will be no lack of corridors, albazos, yaravíes, waltzes … But of course, the surprise goes around with my dear Silvana,” he explained.
He also indicated that the characteristic of his shows will not be lacking in the Pearl of the Pacific, which “is to sing and bring live musical accompaniment.” “There are six colleagues who will accompany us live and we have taken care of all the biosecurity details, we have taken care of all the details also so that the public leaves happy,” he said.
“There are sound engineers, lighting engineers and we want the public to enjoy themselves,” he said.
Little by little the face-to-face concerts are reactivated, which means a great moment for the artists. “A virtual show is never going to be the same as a face-to-face show. The face-to-face shows were always in the heart, in the mind and we were longing for the artists to soon meet our audience again and the truth is that seeing them, feeling them and listening to them sing, it is another level ”, he said.
After his show in Guayaquil, Tamayo will perform this Sunday 14 in Girón, Azuay. His next shows will continue through Tungurahua and Pichincha. As well as Europe, where he plans to travel on December 3. “We are going to do some musical shows for the Ecuadorians who live there, so the next project is to travel to Europe,” he explained.
