There are few days left for Carnival is celebrated in almost all parts of Spain (in some more than in others), but in Cádiz for weeks it already smells like one of the most popular festivals. The sessions of the COAC semifinal they consist of between nine and ten performances each, lasting between five and more than six hours each. They extend throughout the early morning, from 8:30 p.m., which is the time it starts, although the first performance usually begins after 9:00 p.m. Each of the chirigotas, comparsas, choirs and quartets they have a maximum of half an hour of acting time, to which are added the minutes of assembly, disassembly and rest.
