In 1972, fans of Mieczysław Gajda could experience a real shock. Well-known, who was predicted a great career, found himself at the center of the scandal related to the murder of Anna Wujek. As it turned out, for 14 years he had a great affection for a friend he met on the set.

Mieczysław Gajda quickly married Alicja Pawlicka. Soon after, the actress became pregnant. At the same time, the couple played in the TV Theater show “Niegra się z love”. Jerzy Nasierowski was also on the set. As he admits, it was he who “bought” Gajda and broke his marriage. He described the circumstances of this situation in one of the . – I played there with Mieczysław Gajda, whom I “snatched” from his wife. (…) What happened between us during rehearsals could be considered a separate performance. The play is titled “Love is playing”. – said the actor – Gajda’s wife, whom I took from her, experienced it so much that she had to go to a psychiatrist. Then me and Mieczysław joined her. It was part of the therapy, he concluded.

The union of actors lasted 14 years. Mieczysław Gajda admitted to this relationship in the courtroom during the trial in the murder of Anna Wujek. “He was the first to notice me. I defended myself against him, I tried to fight myself, I tried to fight my feeling for him. the man said. “Then I capitulated.” I loved him, I wanted to dedicate my life to him. I’ve been with him for 14 years,” he said.

His partner’s lover tricked them into murder. Gajda went to prison

In the 1960s Nasierowski took a wrong turn. He committed many thefts and burglaries. However, he did not get into real trouble with the law until 1972. He also got Mieczysław Gajda into it. When the man tried to give evidence exonerating the accused in the murder of Anna Wujek, a real one unleashed. It is worth adding that Nasierowski was involved in the intrigue by his lover – Andrzej Rukuszewicz. The actors were sentenced to imprisonment. Gajda spent two years in prison and had to pay a fine of PLN 30,000. zlotys.

After years, Mieczysław Gajda returned to acting, but he focused more on voice acting. Thanks to this, he became a dubbing actor of one of the most popular characters of our childhood – Smurf Ważniak. In addition to the blue creature, the man’s portfolio includes such characters as Felix the Beetle from “Mai’s Bee” or Duffy Duck from “Looking Tunes”. Unfortunately, Mieczysław Gajda passed away in April 2017.
