The actor Tomasz Stockinger is in a poor retirement situation. The 67-year-old has been professionally active since 1976, but not only because acting is his great passion. The artist cannot afford to give up the extra income.
Stockinger’s benefits are reportedly not enough for the actor to meet his basic needs. Although he does not mention the exact amount due to him from ZUS, he emphasizes that without professional activity he could have serious problems.
“Although I have some savings, of course, the pension is so small that if I only had a pension, it would actually be a starvation situation” – says the actor in an interview with Plejada.
Stockinger emphasizes in the media that apart from the financial aspect, he appreciates his profession for one more reason. Thanks to acting, the 67-year-old “feels needed”, which seems to be a priceless currency.
