Beata Tyszkiewicz has a starvation pension. They lamented: “Once upon a time nobody talked about any contributions”

Pensions in Poland are not among the highest. Seniors mostly complain about their benefits, and more and more artists and celebrities join their ranks. Their situation is a bit different. They rarely work on contracts that include social security contributions. Therefore, they are forced to take care of securing their future themselves or work after reaching retirement age.

The artist pointed out that if it wasn’t for her professional activity, she wouldn’t be able to support herself. She said in an interview that her pension was only PLN 1,300. It is true that after indexation the amount could have increased, but it is still probably not a staggering amount.

Tyszkiewicz does not want to complain, but admits that this is not the most pleasant situation.

“I have a low pension, but talking about it, I didn’t whine because people have lower pensions. Only that after 60 years of work, it has passed … “, emphasizes Tyszkiewicz.
