A Got Talent contestant set Simon Cowell’s head on fire. The performance terrified the audience and the judges

According to British media, during the recent auditions organized in London, Simon Cowell was led to the stage by one of the participants. A mysterious, silent and masked magician ordered the juror to sit on a chair, then put a black hood over his head. Then he poured lighter fluid on him, closed his head in a box. He opened the door so that the audience could see what was going on inside, then… set Cowell on fire. His head burst into flames.

– The audience screamed, the judges screamed from their seats, everyone was in absolute shock. The flames were extinguished, and Simon stood up, looking slightly dazed. The rest of the judges breathed a sigh of relief when he returned to the jurors’ table – said one of the viewers whose statement he quoted – I felt that he was pouring some liquid on me, but I had no idea it was lighter fluid! Simon Cowell, 63, concluded. As the British media point out, luckily nothing happened to him, although the trick terrified both the viewers and the other jurors.

Mixed reactions from the judges to the contestant’s trick. “I’ve never seen anything like it”

The jury did not hide their surprise and concern. “Simon, he set your head on fire!” It was terrible – at the end of Alesha Dixon’s performance. “It was terrifying,” added Amanda Holden. – I was reminded of this scene from the movie “Saw” when I saw Simon’s head in this device. I was delighted. I’ve never seen anything like it,” said Bruno Tonioli, a juror who joined the program in 2023.
