TVP will produce the next seasons of “Father Mateusz”

The results were not announced, and fans of the series began to worry more and more about its future. Today we know that Telewizja Polska will produce the next two seasons of “Father Mateusz” independently. According to Wirtualne Media, the broadcaster is currently working on the 29th season of production, which will hit the screens of Polish TV sets in spring.
Shooting for the new season of the series began in December 2022, but the actors will not be able to rest after their end. TVP plans to start working on the 30th installment of the production almost immediately.
Both seasons will have 13 episodes each. On the screen we will again see the beloved characters played by Artur Żmijewski, Edyta Olszówka and Piotr Polk.
