A vibrant, bloody and intense red was the actor’s choice Timothée Chalamet to walk the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival where he presented his last film Bone at All, based on the novel of the same name by Camille DeAngelis.
The attire of the French designer Haider Ackermannwho is also a close friend of Chalamet, sought to seduce: cropped at the sides of the torso, almost completely bare at the back, and with a scarf-like end around the neck.
In the tape that was applauded by the festival audience, Chalamet stars as Lee, a young man who embarks on a road trip with a woman with whom he shares an equally troubled past. In a scene set in a carnival, Lee seduces a man, suggesting he’s bisexual (or maybe pansexual), but ultimately falls for Maren.
The production also reunites Chalamet with Luca Guadagninodirector with whom he worked in call me by your name (2017).
The Venice Festival will last until next Saturday, September 10.
