The magic and illusion of Christmas will revive in goblins, a Show musical that fuses songs from this time of year with the most famous songs of the moment. This is the first stage production presented by the company La Otra Fiesta (LOF), directed by Franco soul.
“We have created this proposal to bring a message of hope to people… that they know that Christmas is union and peace”, Franco mentions, in an interview with this newspaper.
The goblins are made up of Valeria Fandino Y Jessie Izurieta 21 years old, and Linda Gonzalez 25 years old, three women that Franco defines as super-powerful who allude to the female artistic trios of the 50s.
“There is a deep work of artistic preparation. They have prepared with a vocal coach. Our tracks have a musical production behind them, there is a creative concept”mentions Franco.
The plot of the play shows these three ‘elves’ attending a presentation assigned by Santa Claus, although the traditional Christmas character has not been very clear with his specifications, so the young women will have to decipher some details of the event.
This show, which includes interaction with the public, stages songs in English and Spanish, both for Christmas and a mix of current songs by artists such as Tito ‘The kid, Rauw Alejandro, Sebastián Yatra and Bad Bunny. All songs are performed live. “It is a combination and a game of voices that sounds spectacular”He says Linda Gonzalez, who attributes this harmony to the ‘almost magical’ complement of each one’s personality.
“This musical concert is super cool because it has a touch of comedy, it’s super fun for all ages”, count on your side Valeria Fandino, who personifies a rock duente.
For Linda, Valeria and Jessie it is the first time they have shared the stage together, but they feel that they have known each other their whole lives because of the chemistry they have created. “We on stage had a lot of fun”, says Fandino.
