The sample ‘Colour. Knowledge of the invisible’ will open in Quito from Saturday, December 3

The expository account, which will run until March 5, 2023, proposes a tour that brings together artists, creators, researchers and technologists, from the past and present, where the visitor will be able to verify that color is, indeed, what defines the world; but also that it is the most uncertain certainty, the least real knowledgethe medium that, while it seems to bring things to light, alerts us to what remains invisible before our eyes.

The sample, curated by Maria Santoyo and Miguel A. Delgadoexplores the various facets and ways of understanding and relating to this phenomenon. From science, which still seeks to fully understand it and is using it in the most avant-garde and fascinating research of the momenteven economic, social, cultural and artistic.
