Zenek was born on June 23, 1969 in Gredely in Podlasie. I am 53 years old. His family was exceptionally musical. Grandmother and mother sang, uncles played in music bands at country parties. It was with them that young Zenek took his first music lessons. In primary school, he played and sang at academies. In high school, he coached football and made extra money by performing at weddings and local events. While still a teenager, he founded his first band called Akord. Rehearsals took place in cellars. However, after graduating from high school, Martyniuk did not think about a great musical career. He followed common sense and decided to become… an economist. He graduated from the Economic Study at the School Complex No. 3. Władysław Stanisław Reymont in Bielsk Podlaski. Plans to become an accountant may surprise some fans. Today, Zenek Martyniuk is a true legend and star of Polish Television. In 2020, a biographical film about Martyniuk – “Zenek” was released in cinemas. The musician is still touring extensively.
