Joan Manuel Serrat He definitely says goodbye to the stage. Tonight he has celebrated his last concert of his tour ‘El vicio de cantar 1965-2022’, and he has done it in Barcelona, ​​where he has gathered more than 15,000 followers.

Among the attendees who did not want to miss this emotional farewell, the President of the Government himself, Pedro Sánchez, accompanied by his wife, Begoña Gómez. “Temps era temps” is the song that opened a concert with a repertoire specially designed for Barcelona and full of songs with a high emotional charge. “Don’t get carried away by the temptations of melancholy and nostalgia,” the singer-songwriter has asked. “This is a party. It will be the last concert, but I want to have a great time!“.

The farewell tour of the singer-songwriter from Barcelona’s Poble Sec, ‘El vicio de cantar 1965-2022’, began on April 27 at the Beacon Theater in New York, in the United States, and this is the third he has offered in his hometown, where he also performed on Tuesday and Thursday. In total, 74 concerts to say ‘goodbye’, 45 of them in Spain.
