Phyto & Fitipaldis It will perform on June 11 at the San Mamés stadium in a concert organized by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia that was presented this morning in Bilbao by the general deputy of the territory, Unai Rementeria.
The guest artist will be Morgan, a group from Madrid in which Basque Ekain Elorza plays drums, and tickets will go on sale on November 12, as announced by the promoter Cultura Rock. The cost for the Bilbao concert has not yet been specified, although it will range between 30 and 45 euros.
In the act of presentation of the concert, which will offer a capacity of 45,000 people, Fito has been “excited” to play in San Mamés, something that he had never imagined. “The intention was to offer two concerts at the BEC on this tour, but thanks to the Provincial Council it will be possible to do it in San Mamés.”
“We are going to do the best concert we can offer, both artistically and technically,” added Fito, who explained that other guest musicians will participate in the recital, yet to be determined.

The general deputy of Bizkaia, Unai Rementeria, explained that Fito has been chosen for this “large format” concert because the Bilbao musician is an artist who “unites generations, cultures and ways of thinking”. “Fito is a crack who knows how to move us all,” he praised.
Rementeria has said that music is an “antidote” that society needs after going through the pandemic to recover “joy, illusion and emotion.”
Before starting the act, both Rementeria and Fito have had a memory for Aiora Renteria, singer of Zea Mays, who has announced that she will leave the stage for a while to be treated for cancer.
