Georgie Dann’s voice is gone forever. The French artist, an icon of Spanish music for decades, has passed away at age 81 at the Puerta del Hierro Hospital in Madrid, where he had planned a hip operation.
The artist leaves generations orphans, but sowed indelible memories in all of them, with songs that put a soundtrack to the summers of their lives. And is that Georgie Dann became the king of summer of our country for several decades.
