We decided to contact the Poviat Veterinary Inspectorate in Sochaczew, who comments on the matter in this way:
The intervention in question took place on August 25, 2022 in the afternoon. A notification has been submitted that the offense specified in Art. 6 sec. 2 point 16 of the Animal Protection Act. The suspect has not been charged as of today. A free-standing cat, which was not present during the inspection, and a guinea pig remained on the property.
