Menino Gutto revives the 90s through his new single: ‘No one will know’

Going back to the 90s, Menino Gutto brings his fourth single titled no one will know, which is available on digital platforms since the beginning of this month. As part of her new album, Menino Guttothe song brings nostalgic melodies that are mixed with urban rhythms, exploring genres such as R&B and neosoul.

Varying from warm to cool hues and bringing back retro effects, the music video, produced by Ivis Flies and Gutto, creates a mood charged with romance and sensuality. Transported by the singer’s voice, the desire to build a love that prevails over time is also reflected in the connection shown by the characters in the audiovisual.

The second album is in the process of being released by singles and has the participation of prominent national and international figures, such as producers Bucofer and Itchy (eight gold records in Spain producing Rels B) and Ivis Flies (first Grammy nomination for Ecuador).

Instead, for his third studio album, titled lapis lazuli, Gutto brings an honest message regarding mental health, loss, and spirituality. He understands that in grief and suffering lies a common thread between all individuals on this planet.

In his work, the author seeks to free emotional space to turn the page on his father’s death and, at the same time, extend a hand to anyone who has ever felt trapped in one of the stages of mourning. Each phase is represented by a song on the album.

About Gutto

Born in Rio de Janeiro and with Ecuadorian roots (on his father’s side), Gutto Vicuña is a singer, songwriter and music producer recognized for being the winner of the talent show The Ecuadorian voicein 2015.

This achievement led him to become the first Ecuadorian artist to sign a 360 contract with Universal Music, a record company that has worked with renowned artists such as Justin Bieber, Karol G and BTS.

Expanding his career, he later performed in 16 different cities in Ecuador, where he shared stages with well-known exponents of Latin pop, such as Fonseca, CNCO, Reik and Jerry Rivera. (AND)
