The Observatory was created two years ago with the purpose of collecting relevant statistical information and generating quantitative indicators, considered vital for the development of public policies. Its purpose is also to become a permanent discussion forum on the structural and conjunctural problems of cultural events.

The activities will take place from 09:00 to 17:00.
