The adventures of the American Lucy and the inhabitants of the village of Wilkowyje have been followed by millions of Poles over the years. Initially, production was to end after four series in 2009, but the series was so popular that it was decided to create more seasons. With such a number of episodes, there were some “” that the most faithful fans of the series certainly noticed.
Atypical date for the presidential election
In the last 130th episode “” one of the most important moments in Paweł Kozioł’s political career occurs, i.e. the presidential election. Not only the fact that the former mayor is hiding in the presbytery for most of the day drew the attention of the audience. Kozioł learns about the results, not in the company of his election staff, but at home in front of the TV set together with Czerepach, Lodzia and his wife. Of course, the most important “mistake” in this case is the very date of the presidential election, which, according to the plot of the series, took place … on Christmas Eve.
This name is mentioned only once in the show
We get to know Kuse, played by Paweł Królikowski, in the first episodes of the series. He was a foreground and key character for many plots. The name of Lucy’s beloved turned out to be quite a mystery. The creators reveal them only during their wedding. Initially, however, the figure of Ilona Ostrowska says: “I Lucy, I take you, Kusa, for my husband”. Only later do we find out that Kusy is really on Jakub.
Some fans of the series, however, pay attention to the absurdity of this situation. The couple had to complete the formalities beforehand and fill in the church documentation. What’s more, they had a baby girl earlier, so it is also necessary to provide the father’s name when filling in the documents.
