The Ministry of Inclusion, the social agents and the self-employed associations finalize, in the absence of some “pending fringes”, an agreement for the new contribution system, which includes 15 sections with a minimum fee of 200 euros and a maximum of 590 euros monthly in 2025.

After more than nine months of negotiations, some of the self-employed associations such as UPTA and UATAE give the go-ahead to the latest Inclusion proposal, which includes a progressive increase in the contribution bases for the special regime for self-employed workers (RETA) in sections from 2023 to 2025, at which time they would be reviewed.

However, the self-employed association ATA He assures that he cannot speak of a pre-agreement yet, since some last “fringes” have yet to be closed that prevent them from giving the green light.

The latest proposal put forward by Inclusion lowers the minimum fee to 200 euros in 2025 for the self-employed with incomes of less than 670 euros per month and maintains the maximum in 590 euros for those who exceed 6000 euros of yields.

It also reduces the fee to 240 euros for those who enter between 670 and 900 euros; to 260 euros for those who earn between 900 and 1166; and 291 for those between 1,166 and 1,300 euros of monthly earnings.
