In an interview granted to the Radio Euskadi program “Boulevard”, he defended that “there is room to obtain more income”, for example, by taxing higher incomes more or eliminating the bonuses and deductions that large companies have. However, he has lamented that these “unworthy” benefits are not “handed over”.

Along the same lines, he stressed that his union “is not going to participate in an income pact that implies a loss of purchasing power for the working class.
