A group of Peruvian businessmen works on the first 100% shopping center project gastronomic which will bear the name of Kings Square. This will have three levels and will offer gourmet, national and international food, as well as a fast food patio.
The establishment that will be located in the Center of Lima, between the intersections of Jirón Cusco and Jirón Lampa, will have an investment of close to 15 million dollars and it is estimated that the works will begin at the end of 2022, so the inauguration is planned for end of 2023.
As it was known, there will be fast food and international food stalls, such as Italian, German, Spanish, Indian, Chinese, Thai, etc. The gastronomic center will have 230 commercial premises where there will be places with homemade food and the so-called ‘huariques‘.
The first floor will be clearly dedicated to Peruvian food, while the second floor will be home to international food restaurants. On the third level there will be culinary huariques, fast food, home-style menus and other varieties of dishes for people looking for quick and low-cost options.
Dalma Yauri, commercial manager of Kings Squarepointed out that, depending on how this project goes, they will evaluate replicating the model in the interior of the country.
