The event was made official this Wednesday by Lorena Konanz, Deputy Minister of Exports of the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investments and Fisheries.

The official highlighted that it is planned to carry out approximately 1,050 business appointments in person, with the participation of 350 Ecuadorian exporting companies, 125 international buyers from the markets of Asia, European Union, United Kingdom and America.

Among the buying countries will be Canada, United States, Guatemala, Panama, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Cuba, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands, Italy, United Kingdom, Sweden, Turkey, China, South Korea South, Japan, Dubai, India, Switzerland, Indonesia, Hungary and Belgium.
The buyers who will visit the country were previously endorsed by the ProEcuador network of commercial offices, in order to promote the diversification of products, destinations and actors, by generating contacts in international markets.
The national companies that will be present during this commercial event are linked to the automotive, coffee and processed, services and tourism, fishing, leather and footwear, handicrafts, textiles and clothing, toquilla straw hats, processed foods, agribusiness, pharmaceutical, care personal and household, flowers, metalworking, non-traditional fruits, plastics, forestry and processed products.
