Among the files that seek to attract capital for its execution are the new industrial park, the smart city of Coscomba and highways.
This is what regional governor Manuel Llempen Coronel told the press, who was authorized to travel by the Regional Council to present the business possibilities in liberated lands.

“The aforementioned event is the leading investment platform in the world in the last 10 years, where promotion strategies are promoted and promoted that facilitate the growth of projects by link them with financiersholders of private investment funds, multinational corporations, buyers of products, promoting economic development at a global level”, explained Llempen.
The authority has in its portfolio, to attract investment, the projects of the new industrial park that will be located in the district of Huanchaco, the smart city of Coscomba, the agro-industrial cluster, which generates millions of foreign currency; the 2,200 km of roads departmental level and the 800 km of national highway in La Libertad.
In addition, as president of the North East Macroregion Association of Peru, Llempen will present the freight and passenger train projects from Tumbes to Trujillo and the Puyango (Tumbes), Alto Piura (Piura), Jequetepeque, Ascope and La Cárcel (La Libertad) reservoirs.
